Steve Turley created U.S. Home Designs Inc. to satisfy the desire he and his clients had to design homes with style and function combined.

His work in The Lake Norman and Charlotte market reflect his degree in Architectural Engineering. Steve can render in CAD and pencil to fully provide the range of talents needed to satisfy your dream home or remodeling project. Sometimes it's nice to know that the person drawing the plans could actually build what he has drawn. You can't teach this in a class room setting , it has to be learned and field tested.

Steve has been a builder and has served on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors for the North Carolina Home Builders Association. He also has been the President of The Lake Norman Home Builders Association twice and Chairman of the Remodelers Council.
